ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Welcome to Queri, a digital platform provided by Queri Co., Ltd. (“Queri”, “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). Your use of the Queri platform ("App"), including the Queri website, mobile application, livestreaming functionality, gifting features, and services we provide through them, is governed by this Acceptable Use Policy. Terms defined elsewhere in the Terms of Service will have the same meaning in this Acceptable Use Policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of, including visitors to, our App. Your use of our App as a User (“User(s)”, “You”, “Your”) or Content Creator (“Content Creator(s)”, “Creator(s)”, “You”, “Your”) is governed by this Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for your use of any content created on the App (“Queri Content”), including content broadcast during Live Streams, your App account, our App, and any Queri Content. Our goal is to create a positive, useful, and safe user experience. To promote this goal, we prohibit certain kinds of conduct that may be harmful.

By using the App as a User or Creator, you accept this Acceptable Use Policy in full.

Incorporation of Other Policies

This Acceptable Use Policy works in conjunction with and is supported by the following policies, which provide comprehensive information about the rules and responsibilities surrounding User behavior and content usage:

• Terms of Service: The Terms of Service outline the general rules and terms of using the App. Your interactions and behavior on the App are subject to the provisions of the Terms of Service, which includes information on your rights and obligations.

• Privacy Policy: The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Your interactions and behavior on the App are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Privacy Policy.

• Creator Terms of Service: If you are a Creator on the App, the Creator Terms of Service apply to you. These terms detail your obligations, rights, and compensation structure as a Creator using the App.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this policy and any other agreements, policies, or terms applicable to the App or Company, Queri Co., Ltd reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to interpret the conflicting provisions and to determine the controlling document or interpretation, which decision shall be final and binding.

User Conduct

You represent and warrant that:

You will not use a false identity or provide any false or misleading information.

You will not create an account if you (or any App account that you created or controlled) have previously been removed or banned from our App.

You will not use or authorize the use of any Queri Content for any purposes other than the specific limited purposes set forth in these Terms of Service or any applicable Additional Terms.

In connection with any Business Queri Content, you will not request or fulfill a request for anything that is involved in, connected with, or promotes illegal or unlawful activity, violence or hate speech; or disparages or defames any person, entity, brand, or business.

You will not violate any law, regulation, or court order, infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.

In connection with Live Streaming features, you further agree that you will not:

• Broadcast illegal activities or promote unlawful conduct

• Use copyrighted music, video, or third-party content without proper authorization

• Share private or personal information of others

• Engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threats

• Manipulate view counts, rankings, gifting systems, or engagement metrics

• Use bots, automation, or artificial traffic

• Redirect users to external payment systems to avoid platform fees

• Engage in fraudulent gifting, chargeback abuse, or coordinated financial manipulation

User Behavior

You will not take any action or communicate anything that is illegal, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, racist, derogatory, harmful to any reputation, pornographic, indecent, profane, obscene, or otherwise objectionable (including nudity).

During Live Streams, this prohibition applies to:

• On-screen behavior

• Verbal statements

• Real-time chat comments

• Gifting messages

• Archived replay content

Unsolicited Communications and Third-Party Interactions

You will not send advertising or commercial communications, including spam, or any other unsolicited or unauthorized communications.

You will not use Live Streams to promote external commercial services without authorization.

Cancellations

All transactions are final, and in-app points will be awarded instead of cash refunds in certain scenarios. Please note that 1 Point is equal to 1 Japanese Yen. The moment a request (for a Video or Text) is confirmed (even before the Creator accepts), the transaction will go through (Apple Pay/Google Pay/Stripe). If the request (for a Video) is rejected or cancelled, the User will receive the equivalent in in-app points. Please note that 1 Point is equal to 1 Japanese Yen. There will not be a cash refund. The User can cancel the request up until it is accepted by the Creator. The Creator, Queri, or a third party (such as a manager or secretary) appointed by the Creator, can reject a request at his/her/their discretion. A Video/Text is not guaranteed a response by the Creator. The User can receive a refund for all Videos that are rejected or cancelled or void (the Creator does not fulfill the request in the allocated time). However, the User is not able to receive a refund for a Message request, even if it is rejected or void. Messages cannot be cancelled after the request is confirmed.

Digital gifts, tips, or other payments made during Live Streams are final and non-refundable. No cash refunds will be issued for livestream gifting transactions, including where a livestream is interrupted or terminated early, except where required by applicable law.

Fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or payment abuse, may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

Compliance and Responsibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and policies regarding your use of the App, as outlined in the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Creator Terms of Service.

You are solely responsible for any Live Stream content you broadcast or participate in.

Investigations and Enforcement

You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to monitor access to or use of our App to operate our App; enforce this Policy or our Terms of Service; comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or other legal or administrative request or process; or otherwise.

With respect to Live Streaming, we may:

• Suspend or terminate a livestream immediately

• Remove archived livestream content

• Restrict gifting or monetization

• Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts

We may take such actions without prior notice.

Consequences of Violations

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in actions such as flagging, removal of content, suspension of livestreaming privileges, monetization restrictions, banning, or legal action, depending on the severity of the violation.
