If a creator is unable to complete your request within the specified timeframe, you will be notified and your payment will be fully refunded as Queri points. You can then use those points to request from the same creator or someone else.
Can I change or delete my account?
Yes. To delete your account: • Open the Queri app on your device • Tap the profile icon in the navigation bar to go to your profile • Select “Settings” • Go to “Account Settings” • Tap the menu in the top right (three dots) • Select “Delete Account” Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored and all your data will be permanently removed. If you have any pending Queris or messages, please resolve them before deleting your account.
Can I change my username?
Usernames are unique and cannot be changed after registration. Please choose your username carefully when creating your account.
Can I share or download content from Queri?
Currently, sharing or downloading content is not available on Queri. However, we plan to introduce a download feature in the near future.
