(Livestream and Archive Policy)

Queri Co., Ltd. (“Queri,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for Users and Creators.

These Community Guidelines apply to all features of the Queri platform, including livestreaming, archived streams, comments, messaging, digital gifting, and all interactive functionality.

Violation of these Guidelines may result in content removal, livestream suspension, account restrictions, monetization limitations, or termination.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited across all App features, including livestreams and archived content.

Illegal or Dangerous Activities

You may not:

• Broadcast or promote illegal activity

• Demonstrate or encourage criminal conduct

• Promote violence or dangerous acts

• Encourage self-harm or harmful behavior

Harassment and Hate Speech

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others

• Use hate speech or discriminatory language

• Target individuals based on race, nationality, gender, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics

• Engage in stalking or repeated unwanted contact

Sexual Content

You may not:

• Broadcast nudity or explicit sexual content

• Engage in sexually exploitative conduct

• Share sexual content involving minors

• Solicit sexual services

Protection of Minors

We take the protection of minors seriously.

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Inappropriate interaction with minors

• Sexual content involving minors

• Encouraging minors to bypass age restrictions

• Impersonating a minor

We may restrict access to certain features based on age.

Privacy Violations

You may not:

• Share private personal information of others

• Doxx, threaten, or expose private data

• Record or redistribute livestream content outside the App without permission

Intellectual Property Violations

During livestreams or uploads, you may not:

• Use copyrighted music without authorization

• Broadcast TV programs, movies, sports events, or other protected content

• Use third-party content without rights or permission

We reserve the right to remove content upon notice of infringement.

Fraud and Manipulation

You may not:

• Manipulate livestream rankings or engagement

• Use bots or artificial traffic

• Abuse gifting systems

• Engage in chargeback fraud

• Redirect users to external payment methods

Gifting and Digital Payments

Digital gifts, tips, and virtual items sent during livestreams are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Users are responsible for their gifting decisions.

Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

Moderation and Enforcement

To maintain safety and compliance, Queri reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate livestreams

• Remove archived livestream content

• Delete comments or chat messages

• Restrict monetization or gifting privileges

• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts

These actions may be taken without prior notice.

All enforcement decisions are made at the Company’s discretion.

Archived Livestreams

Livestreams may be recorded and made available as replays or archived content.

Queri may remove or restrict archived content at its discretion.

Creators may request removal of archived livestream content. We will review such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and safety considerations.
