    WHO WE ARE

    Queri is building the fan infrastructure of the next decade, connecting creators and their fans through personalized video, chat, and global fanclubs. From indie idols and wrestlers to comedians and cosplayers, we help talent monetize fandom and scale globally.

    We’re live and revenue-generating today, with ambitious plans to expand from Phase 1 (personalized access) into Phase 2 (subscription fanclubs and scalable community experiences).

    We’re looking for a resourceful, driven, and bilingual Marketing Lead who wants to join at the ground floor and grow into a true founder-level leader.

    THE ROLE

    As Marketing Lead, you will own growth — leading strategy and execution across user acquisition, brand building, and community engagement.

    You’ll be a key partner to the founders, working directly to scale Queri from our Japan-first foundation into global markets.

    This is a hands-on role: running campaigns, designing assets, and managing vendors. Over time, you’ll also build and lead a team as we scale.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and own Queri’s go-to-market and growth strategy (acquisition, retention, monetization)

    • Manage digital advertising, influencer collaborations, and creator marketing directly or through agencies

    • Craft Queri’s brand voice and narrative in Japan and internationally

    • Launch and manage social media strategies and community-driven content

    • Design marketing materials for events and coordinate with vendors to deliver high-impact experiences

    • Build dashboards and KPIs, measure funnel health, and track ROI of campaigns

    • Partner with the CEO, Product, and Casting teams to align marketing with product roadmaps and creator onboarding

    • Leverage sponsorships, PR, and earned media for brand awareness and creator recruitment

    • Build, hire, and mentor a marketing team as Queri grows

    Requirements

    • Fluent in Japanese with strong business-level English

    • 3+ years of marketing experience (with deeper expertise in digital marketing preferred)

    • Background in consumer apps or entertainment is a plus, but open to all B2C

    • Proven track record scaling user acquisition and revenue through performance and organic growth

    • Strong execution skills, balancing creativity with data-driven decision making

    • Analytical mindset, experienced with dashboards and KPIs

    • Culturally fluent in Japan, able to position Queri globally

    • Startup-ready: adaptable, ambitious, and hands-on with a founder’s mentality
