【引き換え方法】
1. *イベントに参加: イベント会場に直接お越しください。
2. Queriをダウンロード: Queriの会員ではない方は新規登録してください。
3. イベントページにアクセス:
- Queriアプリ内でイベントページを開きます。
- 「ギフトを引き換える」ボタンを押してください。
4. 指示に従う: 必要な手順を完了し、アプリをQueriスタッフまたはイベントスタッフにご提示ください。
【重要事項】
- スタッフにアプリを見せる前に「使用済みにする」を押さないでください。この操作によりクーポンが無効になります。
- 「使用済みにする」ボタンはスタッフのみが押す権限を持っています。
【有効期間】
- 「有効期限」日時までに引き換えを行ってください。
- 有効期限が過ぎた「ギフト」の再発行や延長はできません。
【注意事項】
- 他のキャンペーンとの併用はできません（特記がある場合を除く）。
- 現金や他の報酬への交換はできません。
- 不正利用が判明した場合、アカウントが無効化されたり停止されたりする可能性があります。
【制限】
- お一人様1ギフトのみ利用可能です。
- ギフトはお客様のQueriアカウントに紐づけられており、譲渡することはできません。
【サポート】
- 問題が発生した場合は、こちらからサポートにお問い合わせください。
- Queriは「ギフト」に関連する第三者サービスの問題について責任を負いません。

- 「ギフト」を利用することで、Queri株式会社の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。

Eligibility
Available only to users with an active Queri account.
Limited to one-time use per user.
Redemption Process
Attend the Event: Be physically present at the event.
Download Queri: Sign up if you don’t already have an account.
Access the Event Page:
Open the event page within Queri.
Locate and select the gift option.
Follow Instructions: Complete the necessary steps and present the app to a Queri or event staff member when prompted.
Important
Do not press “Mark as Read” before showing the app to a staff member, as it will invalidate your coupon.
Only a staff member is authorized to mark it as redeemed.
Validity
Redeem before the “Valid till” date and time.
Expired “Gifts” cannot be reissued or extended.
Restrictions
Cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.
Non-exchangeable for cash or other rewards.
Misuse may result in deactivation or account suspension.
Limitations
One gift per user.
Non-transferable and tied to your Queri account.
